University Level ACCESS Research Payload Projects

The ACCESS for Education Program has developed two senior design topic write–ups related to the development of ACCESS Research payloads. These write-ups can be used to develop projects that fit within your class structure and curriculum. The first topic write up is for an In–Flight Environmental Characterization Payload. This write–up is targeted at universities that are just getting started in payload development, and involves the design of a sensor suite for measuring the launch vehicle flight environment. The second write up is for a Microgravity Research Experiment Payload, which focuses on the design of a true commercial space research and development payload.
